Terms and Conditions

Under normal conditions, expect delivery within two weeks after placing your order. Please note the following information regarding shipping orders, return and exchange policy. No orders are shipped unless proper payment is received.

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx in the contiguous 48 United States. Unfortunately, due to our 3rd party billing system, customers cannot select a faster shipping option.

ALASKA, HAWAII, INTERNATIONAL & FPO/APO ADDRESSES: Alaska, Hawaii and international orders cannot be placed online. Please e-mail kentuckyale@alltech.com your order and address and you will be sent a final invoice via e-mail. You may then pay this invoice in advance. All orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL or US Mail. FPO/APO addresses are only shipped US Mail. Due to the irregularity of these orders, your order may be delayed an additional 5-7 business days.

Please use the following procedure to receive the proper credit to your account. Before returning any merchandise/glassware please send an e-mail to kentuckyale@alltech.com to obtain a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.

Returned merchandise/glassware or product will be accepted for credit, replacement or exchange, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date.

If your package arrives damaged, it is best to refuse the order back to the carrier attempting delivery. If damage is not found until the product is opened, please contact the carrier immediately to report the damaged delivery, and provide the origination address and the destination address (both located on the outside of package).

Once the claim has been reported to the carrier, you will not need to send back the damaged product. Let us know via e-mail that you have contacted the carrier so that we can follow through with the claim. We will send out a replacement product free of charge.

All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage customers to insure their returns and use a carrier that provides you a proof of delivery for your protection. Subsequent to an approval authorization, credits or exchanges can take up to 30 business days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

To keep your credit card safe, your account information is relayed to a secured server maintained and operated by Pay Pal. Your account number is secure at all times to guard against credit card fraud. However, if you wish to place your order via mail please send a check for the entire amount to
